敢問天下事
我們正身處人類歷史其中一個最劇裂變動的時代。
傳統中文媒體正面對急速衰落、碎片化、商業壓力、政治對立，以及逐漸失去長遠方向與公信力。同時，社會亦被大量煽情化社交媒體內容、錯誤資訊、演算法主導的短視頻娛樂，以及日益集中化的大型媒體力量所淹沒。
在這樣的環境下，很多人已不知道應該相信什麼。
天問正是在這樣的時代背景下誕生。
我們深信，知識就是力量，而人民有基本權利獲得可信、深入、負責任的資訊。我們相信，新聞媒體不應只是追逐流量、演算法、情緒對立或政治立場，而應協助人們更清晰理解世界，更理性思考，更有能力判斷自己的未來。
「天問」之名，源自中國古代對天地萬物不斷追問與探索的精神，代表好奇、勇氣、獨立思考，以及對真理的追求。「敢問天下事」不只是一句口號，更是一種責任。
天問致力成為一個誠實、有遠見、值得信賴的全球華文媒體平台，為世界各地華人社群提供有深度的新聞報導、理性分析、開放對話與歷史視野。我們尊重不同觀點，鼓勵理性討論，希望透過理解而不是恐懼與操弄去連結社會。
我們相信，媒體的責任應是促進理解，而不是製造分裂。
天問同時不只是要在AI時代生存，更希望與AI時代共同成長。
人工智能將徹底改變媒體、教育、商業、社會與人類溝通方式。資訊將變得更快速、更便宜、更容易取得，但資訊增加並不代表理解也會增加。
在AI主導的新時代，獨立思考的重要性將比過去更高，而不是更低。
天問相信，科技應該強化人類判斷力，而不是取代人類思考。AI可以協助研究、翻譯、製作與效率提升，但不能取代人類的批判思維、道德判斷、新聞專業與對世界的理解能力。
我們希望透過天問，讓人們繼續保持思考、比較、分析與發問的能力，真正理解這個劇裂變化中的世界。

Tianwen believes technology should strengthen human judgment, not replace it. AI can assist research, production, translation, and efficiency, but it must never replace critical thinking, human analysis, moral reasoning, journalistic responsibility, or intellectual curiosity.
Our mission is to encourage people to continue questioning, thinking, comparing, analyzing, and understanding the rapidly evolving world around them.
Because in the AI era, the most important power is not simply access to information.
It is the ability to think independently.
Tianwen also believes strong media institutions should outlast any single individual. One of our long-term missions is to help cultivate and mentor future generations of journalists, commentators, creators, and media professionals who remain committed to truth, professionalism, responsibility, and public trust.
Tianwen is not being built simply as another media business.
It is being built as a long-term institution — one that informs, questions, connects, preserves, and contributes to the future of the global Chinese community for generations to come.
Because an informed people is a stronger people.
Because responsible journalism still matters.
And because the future deserves better questions.
